Ingredients

  • 320 g of flour
  • 40 g of corn flour
  • 40 g of hazelnut powder
  • 80 g of unsweetened dark cocoa powder
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • One packet of baking powder
  • One teaspoon of baking soda
  • 450 ml of milk (can be plant-based)
  • One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 100 g of oil
  • Vanilla extract to taste

Ingredients

Preparation:

First mix the liquid ingredients and gradually add the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is well combined. Pour into a previously greased mold and bake at 180º C for about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.

For the glaze:

200 g of melted dark chocolate and 200 g of cream (at least 3% fat, coconut cream can also be used) and add a tablespoon of coconut oil)

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and pour the previously heated cream over it. Stir to melt the chocolate and create the praline. Let cool.

To finish: 

When the cream has cooled, cover the cake with it and sprinkle a little chocolate on top.

And, voilà!
