Return and Exchange Policy
The customer will have the right to withdraw from the requested order within 14 calendar days after receiving it.
For health and hygiene protection reasons, no exchanges or returns will be accepted for sealed products that have been opened or unsealed, damaged, or without a label.
The refund for returned products will be received by the customer once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify its condition.
Customers will not be refunded the initial shipping costs.

You will be redirected to a page with your purchase information, where you will be asked to select the information related to your return, whether for withdrawal or damage.

Returns of orders from Spain have a cost of 5.99 euros per return.
*If you choose the instant transfer option, an additional €1 return cost will be added.
IMPORTANT: purchases from the website can only be returned through this channel. Returns will not be accepted in physical stores.
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be accepted for return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a shipping label for the return along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or doubts about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
14-day European Union reflection period Without prejudice to the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As in the previous case, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you when we have received and inspected your return and will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that the bank or credit card issuer may take some time to process and make the refund effective.
