General Terms and Conditions of the Muy Mucho Lovers Loyalty Club
1. Purpose and operation of the Club
Muy mucho lovers is the muy mucho loyalty program, created to reward customer loyalty through points earned on purchases and access to exclusive discounts, promotions, and benefits.
Club membership is free and allows members to enjoy the benefits set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Club registration and membership
To join muy mucho lovers, the customer must complete the registration form available on the muy mucho website or through the QR codes provided in store, and confirm their registration via the email they will receive.
Once the registration process is complete, the customer will become a Club member and can start enjoying its benefits.
Muy mucho reserves the right to change, modify and/or discontinue the Loyalty Program and/or these terms and conditions at any time. If the terms and conditions of the Loyalty Program are modified, the new regulations will be published on the muy mucho website, www.muymucho.com. The user's participation in the Loyalty Program will continue unless they withdraw from the Program.
3. Scope
The muy mucho lovers loyalty program is valid only in participating muy mucho physical stores in Spain (excluding the Canary Islands), France, and Italy.
Points must be accumulated, coupons redeemed, and Club benefits enjoyed in the same country where the customer registered.
Points and benefits earned cannot be used at stores located in other countries.
Discount coupons and vouchers earned through muy mucho lovers may only be used in participating physical stores in the country where the customer registered, in accordance with the specific terms of each benefit.
Purchases made through the online store are not part of the loyalty program.
4. Earning points
Members of muy mucho lovers will earn points on purchases made at participating physical stores.
For every euro (€1) spent, the customer will earn one (1) point in their loyalty account.
To ensure points are credited correctly, the customer must identify themselves as a Club member when making a purchase.
Accumulated points will be linked to the customer's personal account.
5. Redeeming points and earning discounts
For every one hundred (100) accumulated points, the customer will receive a five-euro (€5) discount voucher, which may be used on a future purchase of over €24.99 at participating physical stores.
Vouchers will be valid for two (2) months from their date of issue.
Once this period has elapsed without the voucher being used, it will no longer be available.
Accumulated points that have not yet been converted into a voucher will not be subject to this expiry period.
6. Welcome discount
Customers who complete their registration with muy mucho lovers will receive a welcome coupon for a ten percent (10%) discount.
This discount may be used on a future purchase of over €24.99 at a participating physical store in the country where the customer registered.
The welcome benefit will be granted only once upon joining the Club and will be valid for two (2) months from the date it is issued.
If the customer requests to leave the Club, they will lose their account, accumulated points, and any benefits they have not yet used.
7. Birthday discount
Members of muy mucho lovers can enjoy a special discount of fifteen percent (15%) on their birthday.
This benefit will be valid for one (1) month and may be used at participating physical stores in the country where the customer is registered.
8. Promotions and exclusive benefits
Members of muy mucho lovers may access exclusive offers, private campaigns, and other benefits that muy mucho makes available to Club participants.
These promotions may be subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated to customers where applicable.
The availability, duration, and features of these benefits may vary depending on each campaign.
9. Validity of points and coupons
Points accumulated by muy mucho lovers members will not have an expiration date as long as the customer remains a Club member, subject to the cancellation terms set out in this document.
The coupons issued will be valid for the following periods:
- 10% welcome coupon: two (2) months from the date of issue.
- €5 vouchers earned by accumulating points: two (2) months from the date of issue.
- 15% birthday coupon: one (1) month.
Once a coupon's validity period has ended, it will no longer be available for use.
10. Product returns
If products purchased in a transaction that earned points are returned, the points corresponding to the returned items will be deducted from the customer's balance.
This way, the accumulated points will reflect the purchases the customer has actually kept.
11. Checking points and benefits
Members of muy mucho lovers can check their accumulated points and available benefits at the checkout of any participating physical store.
To do so, they must identify themselves as Club members so that store staff can check their loyalty information.
Information about accumulated points may also be shown on the purchase receipt.
12. Leaving the Club
Members may leave muy mucho lovers at any time by sending a message to loverses@muymucho.com.
Leaving the Club will result in the deletion of your loyalty account and the loss of accumulated points and any benefits or coupons the customer has yet to use.
Once the cancellation has been finalized, these points and benefits cannot be recovered if you sign up again.
Leaving the Club and unsubscribing from commercial communications will be handled in accordance with their respective terms and applicable data protection regulations.
13. Data Protection
HABITUS GLOBAL, S.L., with registered office at Calle Sant Esteve 29, 08173, Sant Cugat del Vallès, Barcelona, is responsible for processing the personal data associated with your participation in the MUY MUCHO LOVERS Loyalty Club.
Purposes of processing
Your data will be processed for:
1. Manage your registration and participation in the Club, including assigning and managing your member ID, points/benefits, redeeming benefits, returns or adjustments linked to the Club, and handling issues or queries related to the Club.
2. Send you commercial communications by any means (SMS, WhatsApp, social media, email) relating to the operation of the Club, news, offers and benefits of any kind as a Club member, based on your consent or an existing customer relationship.
How the Club works
The Club is unique and is managed by HABITUS GLOBAL, S.L. So that you can earn points and enjoy your benefits at any participating MUY MUCHO physical stores within the territorial scope and subject to the terms of use set out in these general terms and conditions, the group companies operating those establishments and the franchisees participating in the Club will consult and update your member account solely to manage the service requested. These accesses will be on behalf of HABITUS GLOBAL, S.L., following its instructions and with access limited to the information necessary to provide you with the service, without allowing the use of Club data for the establishments’ own purposes. Technology providers that supply services necessary for its management may also access the data, subject to the required contractual safeguards.
When you make an online purchase through www.muymucho.com and wish to identify yourself as a Club member, HABITUS GLOBAL RETAIL, S.L. will process your data on behalf of the data controller.
Legal basis
We process your personal data because it is necessary to fulfil the loyalty Club relationship you agreed to when joining and accepting its terms. Commercial communications, when you receive them, are based on your consent or your relationship as a customer in accordance with applicable regulations, and do not affect your participation in the Club.
Recipients
Your data may be accessed, when necessary for the operation of Club management, by:
- Any MUY MUCHO franchised store/company participating in the Club, acting on behalf of HABITUS GLOBAL, S.L. to manage your Club account in store, and HABITUS GLOBAL RETAIL, S.L. if you use the card for an online purchase on the website www.muymucho.com
- Technology providers that provide related services (for example, CRM and email delivery tools), subject to the required contractual safeguards. Under no circumstances will your data be subject to international transfer.
Retention
Your data will be retained for as long as necessary to maintain your participation in the Club and manage your account, as well as for any additional periods necessary to address incidents, bring or defend claims, or meet applicable obligations, in accordance with the criteria set out in the information.
Rights
