Ingredients

  • 320 g of flour
  • 40 g of cornmeal
  • 40 g of hazelnut dust
  • 80 g of black cocoa powder without sugar
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • A yeast envelope
  • A teaspoon of bicarbonate
  • 450 ml of milk (it can be vegetable)
  • A tablespoon of apple vinegar
  • 100 gr of oil
  • Vanilla essence to taste

Ingredients

Preparation:

Mix liquid ingredients first and gradually add solid ingredients. Remove everything well integrated. Pour in a previously greased mold and bake at 180º C about 25-30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.

For the glaze:

200 g of molten black chocolate and 200 g of cream (minimum 3% fat, can also be coconut cream) and add a spoonful of coconut oil)

Cut the chocolate into small pieces and pour the previously hot cream. Remove to melt the chocolate and achieve the PRALINÉ. Let cool.

Finally: 

When the cream has cooled, cover the cake with it and sprinkle a little chocolate.

And, voilà!
