1. ORGANIZER

The company Muy Import, S.L., with registered office at C/ Sant Esteve, 29, 08173 Sant Cugat del Vallès, organizes the in-person workshop called “Floral Arrangement Workshop x Nikita Studio,” which will take place at its muy mucho Casanova store, located in Barcelona.

2. EVENT DETAILS

• Date: Thursday, May 15, 2025
• Times: two sessions available: 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Duration: approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
• Language: Spanish
• Price: €50 per person (VAT included)
• Format: in-person
• Location: muy mucho Casanova, Barcelona
• Maximum participants per session: 30 people
• The activity will be led by Nikita Studio, floral designer and wellness specialist.

3. REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION

Registration is open only to persons over 18 years old.

Entry costs €50 per person (VAT included), and each attendee must have their own ticket.

By accessing the purchase link on our website, you can select how many tickets you wish to buy. During the process, a single form will be completed with the details of the person making the purchase.

Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation by email, which you must present on the day of the event (either digitally or printed) and will serve to verify the access of all attendees included in the purchase.

Purchases are made exclusively online through muy mucho’s official channels. In-store purchases are not accepted.

Muy mucho will provide all necessary materials for the activity.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Once the purchase is made, cancellations or refunds of the ticket price will not be accepted, as each spot involves personalized preparation.

If you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible at comunicacion@muyimport.com.

The organizer reserves the right to offer alternatives in highly justified cases, without any obligation to refund.

5. IMAGE RIGHTS

During the event, photographs or video recordings may be taken for promotional purposes.

Participation in the workshop implies consent to the use of these images by Muy Import, S.L., always respecting the dignity and privacy of participants.

Prior signing of a consent form for image rights transfer will be required from each attendee.

6. RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCESS

Muy Import, S.L. is not responsible for participants’ transportation or travel expenses.

Entry will not be allowed to persons who have not properly completed the registration process.

The organizer reserves the right of admission if behaviors that may affect the proper conduct of the workshop are detected.

7. EVENT MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATION

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the event in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, participants will be informed as early as possible, and an appropriate solution will be considered.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in this workshop implies full acceptance of these legal terms.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by the current legislation in Spain.
